Refund & Return Policy – T-ARYA

At T-ARYA, we take pride in delivering quality products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • The return request is made after 7 days

  • The item was purchased during final sale or promotional clearance


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchange

We currently offer size exchanges depending on product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
